Jason Delaney

NAPCC Expedition 2007: Northeastern China

Jason was accompanied by two other members of the North American Plant Collections Consortium (NAPCC) on his expedition to northeastern China during the summer of 2007. Their trip was rather arduous because they had to carry much of the plants they collected on their backs until they could return to their vehicle each day. Then there was the task of sorting and pressing the plants for transport each evening. They also had the opportunity to get familiar with a very old culture, which has a wide variety of interesting cuisines, customs, and people.

Thanks Jason...we really enjoyed your presentation. Your knowledge and experiences are truly extensive.
